The Scenic Rivers Land Trust (SRLT) seeks an Executive Director for our established and growing land trust. SRLT's conservation outreach covers much of Anne Arundel County, and has succeeded in protecting over 2,500 acres in the Severn, South, Rhode, West, and Patuxent River watersheds. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills, and experience managing financial and human resources. The ability to establish and maintain relationships with landowners, conservation easement donors and community groups, as well as partnerships with local government and other conservation organizations is essential.
