CANCELED: Scenic Rivers Land Trust’s Anniversary Hike

Due to the forecasted rain this evening, Scenic Rivers is canceling tonight’s Anniversary Hike at Bacon Ridge (Monday, June 22).

While we do not plan to reschedule the Anniversary Hike, we are already working on plans for another hike later this summer. As always, we’ll share details and open registration through Facebook, Instagram, and our monthly newsletter once plans are finalized.

We’re sorry we won’t be celebrating the first days of summer and Scenic Rivers’ 37th anniversary with you tonight, but we hope to see you on the trail soon!

Scenic Rivers Land Trust is celebrating 37 years of protecting special places in Anne Arundel County!

Join us as we celebrate the anniversary of our very first conservation easement and the beauty of summer by hosting a guided hike at Bacon Ridge Natural Area. We’ll spend a beautiful evening exploring our local, protected woods and celebrating 37 years of conserving the natural, open places we all love.

Plus, we’ll kick off the hike with some summertime treats!

All ages welcome, but please be aware the hike is approximately 2 miles of hiking on unpaved trails through the woods.
