Celebrate the end of summer with a tail-wagging evening on the trails!
Join Scenic Rivers Land Trust and the expert trainers from Paws and Possibilities for a relaxed guided hike through the protected forests of Bacon Ridge Natural Area. Bring your four-legged hiking buddy (on leash!) and enjoy one of summer’s final evenings exploring the trails together.
Along the way, you’ll discover the forests, streams, and wildlife that make Bacon Ridge so special, learn how Scenic Rivers helps conserve places like this, and pick up helpful tips from the Paws and Possibilities team for making outdoor adventures with your dog even more enjoyable.
Space is limited to 12 dogs to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
If bringing a dog, please note the following:
- This event is not appropriate for dogs currently working through reactivity toward people or other dogs.
- Wearing a hat, sunscreen, and bug spray is recommended.
